This explains what we do with information about you, and what we do with information about the businesses that appear on our lists. We have tried to write it so you can actually read it.

Who is responsible

[Company name to be supplied], registered in the Netherlands at [registered address to be supplied], is the controller. Questions, requests and complaints go to [contact email to be supplied].

What we collect about you

When you start a trial we ask for your name, your work email address, your agency name and your office postcode. We use them to set up your area, to send you your list, and to contact you about the service.

If you become a customer we also keep the records needed to bill you and to meet our accounting obligations.

Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and supporting the service. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and for a period afterwards where we are required to keep records. If a trial ends without a subscription we delete your details, unless you ask to stay on our list.

Information about the businesses on your list

Our lists describe businesses, and are drawn from what those businesses publish about themselves openly: a name, an address, a phone number, a website.

Most of that concerns companies rather than individuals. But a newly opened business is often a sole trader or a partnership, and in those cases the same details are personal data. We treat them that way: we hold only what is needed to identify and contact the business, we do not add anything about the people behind it, and we do not publish it beyond the customer whose list it appears on.

If you run a business and would rather not appear on our lists, write to us and we will remove you. You do not need to give a reason.

Where the information sits

Our systems and our suppliers are in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where information moves between them, it is covered by the arrangements the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within a month.

If you are in the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. In the Netherlands, to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
