Terms of service
Last updated September 2026
These terms cover your use of SpotMove. Please read them before starting a trial or a subscription. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in plain words.
Who we are
SpotMove is operated by [company name to be supplied], registered in the Netherlands at [registered address to be supplied]. You can reach us at [contact email to be supplied].
What the service is
We identify businesses that have recently opened within an area around the address you give us, check and complete what we find, and make the result available to you once a week as a document and in an online portal.
The area and the categories we cover for you are set when you start and can be changed by asking us. We may adjust the area so that the weekly list stays useful.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a particular number of businesses in any week. How many open near you varies, and some weeks are quieter than others. We also cannot promise that a business on your list is hiring, or that it will respond to you.
We take care that the information is accurate when we send it, but details published about a business can be wrong or out of date, and we cannot guarantee otherwise.
The free trial
The trial runs for four weeks from your first list. It costs nothing, needs no payment details, and ends by itself. We will tell you before it ends. If you do nothing, it simply stops.
Price, billing and cancelling
A subscription is £129 per month, billed monthly in advance, starting when the trial ends and you choose to continue. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.
Prices are exclusive of any tax that may apply. Where the reverse charge applies to a business customer, you account for it.
Using what we send you
The list is for your own business. You may share it inside your organisation and act on it however you like. You may not resell it, republish it, or pass it to another agency.
When you contact a business on your list, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including any rules on marketing and electronic communications that apply to you.
Availability
We aim to deliver a list every week and to keep the portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If something goes wrong and you do not receive a list, tell us and we will put it right.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you disagree.
These terms are governed by [governing law to be confirmed], and the courts of [jurisdiction to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.
